The series is built around the BG line — BG10, BG80, BG150, BG260, and BG400. All five models share a perforated drum, PLC intelligent control, and recipe-based operation, and together they cover everything from lab-scale R&D to continuous industrial production.
The key difference is the drum. This series uses a perforated (mesh) drum that draws drying air directly through the tablet bed, making it the most efficient choice for film coating at production scale. The Poreless series uses a smooth, non-perforated drum, which is preferable for sugar coating, fragile products, and formulations that are sensitive to air leaking through the product bed. In short: choose perforated for film coating throughput, and poreless for sugar coating and delicate products.
Both deliver the same coating quality. The Integral model combines the drum, air handling, spraying, and exhaust systems into one factory-assembled, pre-tested unit — the better fit when floor space is limited or installation time must be short. This series uses a split-system layout, which offers more flexibility in line design and makes it easier to add capacity to an existing production floor.
