ZPT226 Rotary Tablet Press is a double-compression, automatic rotary continuous tablet press developed by our factory; it is capable of compressing granular raw materials into various types of tablets—including standard round, specially shaped, and bi-color varieties. It is primarily designed for use in industries such as electronics, food processing, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals. The machine features a fully enclosed stainless-steel housing that complies with GMP standards. It is equipped with transparent observation windows that allow for a clear view of operations; the housing can be fully opened, facilitating easy internal cleaning and maintenance.
Distinguished by high compression force and a wide range of tablet-forming capabilities—including standard, irregular, and ring-shaped tablets — ZPT226 Rotary Tablet Press is particularly well-suited for multi-variety, small-batch production. It utilizes an integrated electromechanical design, with all controls and adjustment mechanisms centralized on one side of the unit for ease of operation. A pressure overload protection system is included to prevent machine damage. The transmission mechanism employs an oil-immersed lubrication system sealed within the lower section of the machine, thereby extending service life and preventing cross-contamination.
