Under the action of high-frequency electromagnetic fields, the aluminum foil generates huge eddy currents and rapidly heats up, melting the adhesive film on the lower layer of the aluminum foil and bonding with the bottle mouth, thereby achieving the goal of fast non-contact airtight sealing.
DFL-2000A Sealing Machine is also equipped with a waste removal device (without aluminum foil), when the capped bottle passes through the induction plate and there is no aluminum foil, the waste removal device automatically removes the aluminum foil free bottle from the conveyor belt. The rejection rate can reach 100%.
