GZP500 High Speed Tablet Press is a double-press high-speed rotary tablet press, which compresses granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and electronic industries for pressing difficult-to-form materials.

• Equipped with a forced feeding device, which fundamentally improves the fluidity and filling performance of granules, solving issues such as insufficient gravity feeding in ordinary tablet presses, excessive workbench dust, and cross-contamination.
• High pressure, continuously adjustable pre-pressure, extending the compaction time.
• Intermittent micro-flow automatic lubrication system, automatically lubricating upper and lower tracks and punch heads, reducing wear on tracks and punch heads.
• Progressive grease lubrication system, ensuring grease lubrication, cleanliness, convenience, and reliability.
• Equipped with a sensor pressure protection device, which can automatically shut down the machine when the pressure exceeds the limit to protect the punch heads.
• Equipped with multiple safety protection devices.
• Special oil-proof and dust-proof system to avoid jamming and increase damping structure.
