The SHG200 automatic desiccant inserter cuts and inserts desiccant sachets into bottles at up to 100 bottles/min. Servo-driven feeding with presettable cut length, PLC control, high-precision ball linear guides and shortage/blockage alarms ensure reliable, continuous operation.
Adopting PLC automatic control system, the length of the desiccant can be adjusted arbitrarily.
Adopting digital control technology and the linear motion components use high-precision ball linear guides.
Alarm prompt function for material shortage or blockage.
The transmission mechanism is controlled by the servo motor. The accurate cutting position, speed and other parameters can be preset and stored.
