ZSG80 Automatic Capping Machine Working Principle

1. Bottle Conveying: Bottles to be capped enter the machine at a constant speed via the lower belt conveyor. Guide rails on both sides ensure that the bottle bodies remain stable and aligned without deviation.
2. Automatic Cap Feeding and Sorting: The vertical structure on the left serves as the cap sorting and feeding mechanism. It automatically arranges the orientation of the caps and precisely delivers them directly above the bottle mouth via an inclined chute, completing the automatic cap-placement process.
3. Precise Capping: The core capping unit is housed within the central main frame. Once the bottle is in position, the capping head (typically a servo or friction-wheel structure) descends to clamp the cap. It then tightens the cap onto the bottle mouth by rotating it to a preset torque. The torque is precisely adjustable to prevent over-tightening (which could damage the bottle) or under-tightening (which could lead to liquid leakage). After capping is complete, the capping head resets, and the bottle is discharged along the conveyor belt.
4. Intelligent Control and Inspection: The touch screen and control knobs in the center form the operation interface, with the entire process controlled by a PLC system.
