The equipment is equipped with multi-functional compression capabilities, enabling the production of both standard round tablets and complex-shaped tablets with diverse geometries. ZP200 Rotary Tablet Press Feature:

  1. ZP200 Rotary Tablet Press features a fully enclosed peripheral shell design, with internal contact surfaces made of high-quality stainless steel to ensure surface smoothness and effectively prevent cross-contamination, complying with GMP standards.
  2. Equipped with a high-transparency acrylic protective cover, it not only facilitates real-time observation of the tablet compression process but also allows full opening for convenient daily cleaning and maintenance of the equipment.
  3. ZP200 Rotary Tablet Press is fitted with an advanced variable frequency speed control system, offering a wide speed adjustment range and a user-friendly interface to meet diverse process requirements.
  4. It includes a PLC touchscreen, integrating functions such as speed and production display, as well as an automatic shutdown protection mechanism for pressure overload, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
  5. The built-in pre-compression device effectively eliminates air from the filling material, extends the compression time, and enhances tablet quality.
  6. The transmission system adopts an independently sealed design, located within the oil tank at the bottom of the main unit, achieving safe isolation to avoid mutual contamination while providing excellent heat dissipation and wear resistance.
  7. An optional forced feeding device is available based on user requirements, further improving production efficiency and product quality.
